Less Than 24 Hours' Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. In the event of a cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied.
No-Show Appointments:
In cases of no-show appointments, where the client does not attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged.
Early Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. We kindly request that any cancellations be made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid incurring cancellation fees.

Medical Incompatibility: If our medical professionals determine that a specific treatment is medically incompatible or unsafe for a client based on their medical history, current health condition, or other relevant factors.
Unacceptable Behavior:
Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive towards our staff or other clients, including but not limited to harassment, aggression, or intoxication.
Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with our spa policies, procedures, or guidelines related to hygiene, safety protocols, appointment scheduling, or payment terms.
Refusal of Consultation:
Clients who repeatedly fail to attend scheduled consultations or appointments without reasonable notice, hindering our ability to provide timely and effective services.
Our decision to refuse service will be made with the utmost consideration for the well-being and safety of all parties involved. We may offer alternative solutions or recommendations whenever possible. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
